                                                        Shipping Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and delivered within 2-5 working days domestically by express shipping to Metro and 1 tier cities) & standard shipping pan India  4-7 working days.

  • All orders are processed and delivered within 7-10 working days internationally or even earlier. 

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Return & refund Policy

        Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift Hampers, we are unable to accept returns or issue          refunds

        We accept Return of orders purchased through subject to the terms and       

        conditions mentioned below :

  • Return or Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the product(s) received are damaged or wrong.

  • Buyer/Receiver has to inform us the damaged or wrong products within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

  • Customers claiming missing items or damaged products would have to produce an unedited unboxing video. The video should clearly show that the package is unopened from all sides and include opening of the package. The customer would be required to share the full video to

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
